If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of your services, you have the right to file a grievance.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><h5><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">How to File a Grievance<\/span><\/b><span data-ccp-props=\"{\">\u00a0<\/span><\/h5><p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">You may submit a grievance verbally or in writing to any Dirkse CC staff member. A grievance form is available upon request. Once received, we will acknowledge your grievance within <\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">five (5) business days<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"auto\"> and work to resolve it within <\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">thirty (30) calendar days<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">. If additional time is needed, we will inform you of the delay and provide an updated timeline.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><h5><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Expedited Review<\/span><\/b><span data-ccp-props=\"{\">\u00a0<\/span><\/h5><p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">If your grievance involves a situation that may cause harm before the standard grievance process is completed, you may request an <\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">expedited review<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">. In these cases, the program administrator will review and respond <\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">within 48 hours<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><h5><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Appeal Process<\/span><\/b><span data-ccp-props=\"{\">\u00a0<\/span><\/h5><p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">If you are not satisfied with the outcome of your grievance, you may file an appeal within <\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">ten (10) working days<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"auto\"> of receiving a decision. Appeals should be submitted in writing to the <\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Oregon Health Authority\u2019s Behavioral Health Division<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">. If requested, Dirkse CC staff will assist you with this process. The Division will provide a written response within <\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">ten (10) working days<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">. If you are still not satisfied, you may file a <\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">second appeal<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"auto\"> within <\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">ten (10) working days<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"auto\"> to the <\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Division Director<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><h5><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Protection Against Retaliation<\/span><\/b><span data-ccp-props=\"{\">\u00a0<\/span><\/h5><p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">You will not face any form of retaliation for filing a grievance or appeal. Retaliation includes dismissal, reduction in services, harassment, or negative performance reviews based on your complaint.
