Struggling to connect with others? You’re not alone. Whether you’re navigating mental health challenges or going through a major life change, social support can make all the difference—but it’s not always easy to find or build.

Our therapeutic group is designed to help participants develop real-world social skills in a safe, creative, and engaging environment. Rather than focusing on personal disclosures right away, we use characters and role-play to make practicing interpersonal interactions less intimidating and more enjoyable.

Backed by Research, Guided by Compassion

Using Bandura’s Social Learning Theory, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques. This group supports the development of:
