Coronavirus Disease (COVID-19) Notice

At Dirkse Counseling & Consulting, Inc., we are dedicated to the continual efforts to keep our employees, clients, and the communities we serve safe. We are committed to practicing all sanitation and health precautions possible to protect the well-being of the individuals we serve, our staff, and the community.

UPDATE (4/03/23): Dirkse CC recognizes the end of the COVID-19 public health emergency. Clients, staff, and community members are not required to wear a face-covering or mask while navigating office space or in the office’s common areas. However, wearing a face mask can be requested during an office visit. Oregon Health Authority does suggest people at high risk of severe disease and hospitalization, especially in communities with higher levels of transmission, continue to wear masks in healthcare settings.

We continue to accept referrals from all sources and have options for virtual services/meetings to accommodate safe health practices. If you have any questions about whether we can assist you or someone you know during this time, click here to contact us with any questions or call (503) 265-9256

Telehealth Services
Your mental health is essential to navigating the current pandemic sweeping across the nation. We at Dirkse Counseling & Consulting, Inc. want to continue to provide for those seeking counseling or needing to talk to someone. Our practice is now conducting Telehealth services, which have been approved by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services to operate as if sessions were conducted face-to-face. DCC takes your privacy seriously and can assure you that we take every precaution to maintain confidentiality throughout a telehealth session. Our systems are secure, encrypted, and HIPAA compliant. Many private insurance companies are also providing reimbursement for these sessions. Please contact your insurer’s member services department to inquire about your benefits coverage to receive telehealth services.
