Therapeutic Role-Playing Group

Build Confidence, Connection, and Communication Through Role-Play & Support

Struggling to connect with others? You’re not alone. Whether you’re navigating mental health challenges or going through a major life change, social support can make all the difference—but it’s not always easy to find or build.

Our therapeutic group is designed to help participants develop real-world social skills in a safe, creative, and engaging environment. Rather than focusing on personal disclosures right away, we use characters and role-play to make practicing interpersonal interactions less intimidating and more enjoyable.

If you think you (or your client) would benefit from this group, alert us of your interests by completing this Form: Therapeutic Role-Playing Group Interest.
