Coronavirus Disease (COVID-19) Notice
UPDATE (4/03/23): Dirkse CC recognizes the end of the COVID-19 public health emergency. Clients, staff, and community members are not required to wear a face-covering or mask while navigating office space or in the office’s common areas. However, wearing a face mask can be requested during an office visit. Oregon Health Authority does suggest people at high risk of severe disease and hospitalization, especially in communities with higher levels of transmission, continue to wear masks in healthcare settings.

In-house Training with Allie & Chris on Mental Health Conditions Impacting IDD Communities
Dirkse is thrilled to have expertise on staff to blend vocational, counseling, and evaluation services to our community.
Recently, counseling associates Allie Patton and Chris Perry provided in-house training for a local community partner on the intersection of mental health and co-occurring conditions impacting individuals with IDD. Both specialize in providing therapy to the neurodivergent population. Allie also conducts evaluation services for Autism and ADHD for young adults and older.
Looking for a second job when the first one did not go as planned can be daunting, but the right support and right attitude can really bring out the best in us. Natthapong “Guitar” Inthisorn was working with a job developer to help him find a good fit position but needed reassurance that he would not go through the process alone.
